Today we have 78 production centers on four continents that directly employ more than 20.000 people. 🌍 Corporate Quality Business Process Owner | Global Scope 📌 About the role We are looking for a Corporate Quality Business Process Owner to lead, standardize and continuously improve Quality processes within a global SAP environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence while connecting business, IT and operations across all regions. 🔎 Key responsibilities 🧭 Define and lead corporate Quality Management processes across all entities 🌐 Act as global SAP QM process owner, driving harmonization and best practices 🤝 Coordinate global Quality Key Users, ensuring alignment and ongoing support 📊 Define and deploy quality KPIs, supporting local teams in monitoring and improvement 🚀 Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and process enhancements 🛠️ Manage and prioritize Change Requests, ensuring proper testing and successful deployment 📈 Support strategic projects and SAP roll-outs, leading functional coordination for Quality 🎓 Design and deliver training programs to enable adoption of processes and tools 💬 Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding performance, projects and changes 🤝 Internal & External relationships You will collaborate closely with Corporate Quality, IT teams, local Quality teams, operations, aftersales and customer service in a highly cross-functional global environment. 🎓 What we’re looking for ✔️ 5–7+ years of experience in Quality environments and SAP (QM, SD, MM) ✔️ Strong background in process management and continuous improvement ✔️ Experience managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives ✔️ Analytical mindset with strong results orientation ✔️ Experience in training and change management ✔️ Fluent in English 💡 Why join this role?
