Conflicts Analyst

The Conflicts Analyst supports the firm's critical risk management function by performing all duties associated with conflict of interest reporting, including research, corporate business structure analysis, generating conflicts reports and drafting waivers, as they relate to the intake of new business, the hiring of lateral personnel, and other department functions. This is a non-exempt position within the firm’s Office of the General Counsel. The role follows a non-traditional schedule, with working hours set for Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
