About The Role

Performing software installation of GCCS-M systems onboard U.S. naval vessels, and ashore for Program of Record (POR) and Non-POR sites CONUS and OCONUS- Performing installations using the appropriate installation procedures (IP) and applicable MSUs (Multiple Security Update), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of GCCS-M software to achieve fully operational system functionality- Supports SOT events and DSGITs; on-board Tech Assists (OBTA) will be required for CASREP support- Providing distance support for troubleshooting both underway and on the pier- Managing and providing system engineering services for GCCS-M implementation, maintenance, and site support, including installation and system upgrade support for GCCS-M systems- Conducting system audits...
