Providing onsite network support for IT, users, customers and projects- Supporting VOIP phone connectivity issues- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving network outages- Assisting network equipment support and circuit maintenance- Creating network change notices and implementing network changes- Performing quarterly failover testing of network capabilities at all locations#LI-DH1
