At Smyths our continued success is all down to our team. Rates of pay: £12.90 per hour (over 21), £11.00 (under 21) Our stores are open 7 days a week so we need our teams to be as flexible as possible. Initially, you will be hired on a temporary basis to give you the opportunity to see if you enjoy the fast paced world of retail.
