[Keppel Internship Programme 2027] Intern, Plant Operations (Jan - May 2027)

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible in the following

• 'Understand overview of energy market in Singapore
• Understand overview of integrated energy business of Keppel
• Understand overview of power plant process
• Understand overview of power plant O&M and participate in general daily activities
• Support with isolation works of Operations shift
• Support with general health, safety, and environment of the plant activities (participate in safety walkdowns)
• Support with safety innovation project curation and execution
• Support with performance monitoring of the power plant

Learning Outcomes

• 'Gain a better understanding of the value that Keppel brings with the power generation assets along with the vertically integrated business
• Gain a better appreciation of the energy business in the support of Singapore's energy needs and grid security

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Physically able to climb steps and catladders in the Singapore climate
• No colour blindness/hearing deficiencies
• Knowledge and interest in power plant/process plant environment
