[Keppel Internship Programme 2027] Intern, Technical and Sustainability Services (Jan - May 2027)

The intern will be responsible in the following

Assist TS Manager to

1. Update database for knowledge mgmt:

• a) vendor list
• b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
• c) cost database

1. Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Design Mgmt, Procurement, Construction, Document Mgmt, Defects Mgmt etc)
2. Explore opportunities for automation / optimization using AI.
3. Opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders throughout the value chain and understanding the real estate industry more.

• -Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects
• -Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.
2. Proficient in using internet / AI for research and ability to validate the data.
