The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads high-volume and strategic recruiting efforts to meet hiring needs effectively. This role partners closely with hiring managers, applicants, HR teams, and key stakeholders to attract and secure top talent. The TA Specialist drives recruitment success by sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates, managing the interview and selection process, and providing expert guidance on hiring best practices and compliance.
