What You’ll Do: You’ll work on real Workday projects for leading clients — supported by senior consultants and backed by top-tier official Workday training, developing skills in: Workday & other potentially HRIT systems HR transformation Data migration Integrations Consulting & soft skills HCM fundamentals After 12 months? You’ll receive a full-time contract as a Junior Consultant at SuccessDay on successful completion of the traineeship.

Who We’re Looking For: This role is made for ambitious graduates and early-career talent who want to grow quickly. You have: HBO/WO degree (HRM, Business Administration, Org.
