JOB SUMMARY Manage preparation of validation/implementation and troubleshooting projects of Terumo BCT's technology platforms throughout designated region Manage and design customer’s process optimization to ensure a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology from pre-sales to routine use at customer sites Act as a regional product expert for training and signing-off internal and external associates ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for successful validations and implementations in EMEA. Manage product and process training and sign-off cycle in EMEA for internal and external associates on multiple levels (operational and implementation) and ensure field readiness to train customers Support commercial organization to build customized customer trainings and presentation Responsible for second-line operational and process troubleshooting for respective platforms in EMEA. Work cross functionaly with global training support and quality to investigate and resolve customer issues as necessary Actively contribute to the development of marketing plans, strategies and promotional materials by platform Provide input into global training design and development Deliver services which may include consultancy to end customer, perform customer processes analysis and provide corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency Develop and design customer performance excellence to optimize customer processes at target customers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in EMEA as local sales organization, marketing, software solutions, technical service, etc to ensure successful and timely mannered project deployment. Provide input to launch new products to the market ( operational design inputs, support validation process, implementation support post CE-validations, clinical trials and marketing trials, assist in reviews of manuals and training material).
