Job overview

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Starbucks General Manager this position contributes to executing store operation during scheduled shifts. As a team lead, you will deploy employees and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing superb customer service with prompt service, quality beverage and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks and IHG’s Standards and principles.
