Founded in 2004, the Fairmount Indigo CDC Collaborative (FICC) (<ficcaction.org>) is a collaborative made up of three Boston-based community development corporations (CDCs): Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation, Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, and Southwest Boston Community Development Corporation.
