This role strategically combines operational execution across Accounts Payable (AP) and Consignor Disbursements (Settlements) for the Western Australian business units of RB Global. Operating as a crucial checkpoint in our Risk Management and Financial Operations cycle, the specialist ensures corporate suppliers are paid accurately, and that consignors are properly settled following auction closures. The primary objective is to guarantee all outlays - whether operational expenses or post-auction settlements - are fully verified, properly authorized, and paid on-time while maintaining strict compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, internal policy, and clear-title guarantees.
