Teacher of Deaf and Hard of Hearing South Park SD, USC (part)

Responsible for the planning and implementation of a program of instructional services provided in local education agencies (LEAs) to students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind. Key responsibilities include the instruction of students in skills found in the Expanded Core Competencies (e.g., academic language, audiology, career and work readiness, American Sign Language, spoken language, self-determination/self-advocacy, social-emotional competencies and technology). The position also provides consultation with and support for staff that work with students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or Deaf-Blind
