Entry Level Associate

Entry-level manufacturing role supporting fabrication and assembly of wire and raceway products. Responsibilities include operating hand tools and machinery, performing tasks such as cutting, wiring, stamping, packing, labeling, and testing products while maintaining quality and safety standards. Associates rotate across workstations, follow standard work instructions, and support equipment upkeep, material handling, and basic maintenance. Requires ability to read instructions/blueprints, perform basic math, and work both independently and in a team-oriented production environment.
