Entry Level Associate

Performs fabrication and assembly operations to produce a wide variety of products, including those requiring complex manufacturing processes and precise specifications. Interprets work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to fabricate, assemble, and inspect components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Ensures product quality, maintains safety standards, and troubleshoots issues during the manufacturing process while meeting production schedules and performance expectations.
