Director of Operations, Juarez, Mexico/Santa Teresa, NM

The Director of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Juarez, Mexico and Santa Teresa, NM manufacturing and distribution facilities, driving world-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, working capital, and customer service. This role develops and executes site strategy, leads capacity planning and footprint decisions, and ensures alignment with business objectives through strong cross-functional partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing and distribution operations, supporting new product launches and transfers, driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, leading talent development and succession planning, and managing large-scale capital projects. Serving as a key operations leader, the Director collaborates with executive leadership and functional teams to optimize performance, enable growth, foster a zero-injury culture, and ensure the facilities support both short- and long-term business goals.
