Training Manager-Centre of Excellence

Manager Centre of Excellence (Training) is responsible for the operational management of the Centre of Excellence, ensuring the effective design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs aligned with Business Units and client requirements. This role combines leadership and collaborating with business units to develop training strategies, driving continuous improvement projects across our training facility coupled with hands-on oversight of day-to-day operations, aiming to empower employees with the skills and knowledge needed to exceed customer expectations and drive organisational success.
