• We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established team.
• This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative environment while building long-term patient relationships.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Nurse Practitioner certification
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
