About The Role
Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Porter helps to ensure the facility is properly cleaned, safe and sanitary for all residents, staff and visitors in the building. The Porter helps to complete work orders, minor building repairs and completes the cleaning of all vacant units within the regulatory time frame of four hours.
