TITLE: Caretaker - Booth Residence DEPARTMENT: Booth Residence, L.P. REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager SUPERVISES: NIA STATUS: On-Call Emergency SCHEDULE: On-Call: Alternate Weeks (See On-Call Schedule) 4:00pm to 8:30am and Holidays. FUNCTION: The primary responsibility of the CARETAKER is to be available for on-site emergency maintenance. Must respond to aU alarms on alternate weeknights, alternate weekends, and on-caU Holidays.
