Title: Maintenance Technician/Custodian Department: Catherine Booth Residence, L.P. Reports to: Maintenance Facilities Manager/ Administrator Supervises: NIA Status: Full Time/Non-Exempt Schedule: M-F (40 Hours Per Week) Function: The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician/Custodian is to perform daily work order repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, regular maintenance tasks, in addition to the proper cleaning and grounds upkeep of the building and surrounding property.
