Pathway of Hope Regional Coordinator (DHQ)

The Pathway of Hope Regional Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight of the Pathway of Hope (POH) initiative across Corps (Community Centers) and Corps POH-specific personnel. This oversight includes but is not limited to: policy adherence and addendums; data collection, entry, and quality auditing and improvement; data analysis and data-driven decision making; evidence-based practice; program implementation and sustainability; personnel training; case consultation and troubleshooting; resource acquisition, coordination, communication, and dissemination; cross-functional collaboration; and multi-level representation.
