Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead safe and efficient day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with SECURE's purpose and values. You will foster a positive team culture by providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to operators in a health, safety, and environmentally responsible manner. Using your strong operational knowledge, you will oversee employee training, daily supervision, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position is based in Stanley, ND.
