Loss Mitigation Senior Underwriter

The Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter plays a key role in the initial review of a loss mitigation application. This position is responsible for preparing loans for underwriting evaluation of temporary loss mitigation solutions, providing notification to the borrower of evaluation results, and documenting system of record. The specialist ensures compliance with investor/insurer, regulatory, and company guidelines while providing high-quality customer service.This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.
