Solution Implementation Specialist

As a key member of our CTSI team, you'll lead client-facing technology deployments end-to-end – discovery, production demoes, system configuration, application testing, user training, deployment, hypercare, and post-live adoption. You'll work alongside a collaborative, openly communicative team that values shared problem-solving and candid feedback, supporting clients from frontline users to executive sponsors. You'll help shape the methodology and playbooks that define how CTSI delivers.
