Senior Benefits Analyst

Under the direction of the Director, Total Rewards the Senior Benefits Analyst will implement, administer and evaluate Versiti welfare, wellness and retirement plans, programs and vendors based on business strategy, competitive position and employee needs. This position will proactively assess and administer Versiti benefit plans and programs in compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as federal and state governing bodies to support the benefit and compensation function and seeks integrated solutions which deliver value added service. In addition, the Senior Benefits Analyst will be an integral member of the team to establish direction and long range benefit strategy for the organization.
