About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Technical Analyst to play a critical role in defining and delivering complex functionality across our enterprise Offender Management System (OMS) platform. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable product requirements that guide development from concept through delivery. You will partner closely with Product Managers, UX, Engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams to ensure that features are well-defined, technically feasible, and aligned with both product strategy and system architecture.
