Young Adult Transition Facilitator (TIP)

Sign on bonus: $5000; 1/3 upon completion of 30 days, 1/3 upon completion of 6 months, 1/3 upon completion of 9 months Summary: The Transition to Independence (TIP) program provides coaching and facilitation to transitional age youth and young adults (YYA) in meeting their life goals. The TIP TF provides support for 10-15 YYAs using mentoring, teaching skills, contingency contracting, counseling, and problem solving to maximize the likelihood of success for each YYA served. The TF develops and monitors in partnership with the YYA a person-centered plan and goal setting process.
