Summary: This position will be working in four different programs throughout the week, one program a day: Groveland, Haverhill, Methuen, and Andover. Potential for one Work from Home Day, flexibility needed. The ACCS IMGLE LPHA promotes the full integration and functioning of Persons Served (PS) needed to live successfully in the community. Performs clinical duties including intake, assessment, treatment planning, and clinical interventions for assigned Persons Served (PS), living at the Intensive Medical Group Living Environment.
