Assistant General Counsel

The Assistant General Counsel is responsible for providing guidance and advice to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, senior management, other administrative departments, and company employees on a wide variety of matters including legal, regulatory compliance, risk management, policy, process, and best practices.
