What You’ll Do: Supervise and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional care Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing staff Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure quality outcomes What We’re Looking For: Active RN License in PA Prior experience of six (6) months providing care in a SNF preferred Leadership or supervisory experience required Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care Visit <www.wel.org> to learn more.
