Total Rewards Vice President

The VP of Total Rewards and HRIS is a strategic HR executive responsible for leading the organization's compensation, benefits, leave, and HR technology functions. This role develops and oversees total rewards programs that support business objectives, attract and retain talent, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position provides strategic direction for HRIS operations and technology initiatives while promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
