Officer - Medical Services

To lead and manage occupational health, emergency medical response, and workplace wellness initiatives at the project site by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements. The role is responsible for establishing and operating the Occupational Health Centre (OHC), providing timely medical support during emergencies and accidents, ensuring ambulance readiness, coordinating with hospitals and healthcare providers, maintaining employee health records, and promoting a strong safety culture through preventive healthcare programs, medical surveillance, awareness campaigns, and emergency preparedness. The position plays a critical role in safeguarding the health and well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors while supporting the project's overall safety and operational objectives.
