Data Center Operations Analyst (3rd shift position)

Operates a variety of computer systems, including z/OS Enterprise Server, Windows Server, and high-speed Xerox laser printers, while performing additional tasks required to maintain efficient data center operations. Maintains near-constant system monitoring using z/OS monitoring and job scheduling tools, as well as Windows Server monitoring solutions. Performs physical data center activities such as racking and unracking equipment and running cables beneath the data center floor between devices. Interacts primarily with Data Center Operations staff and their customers, with secondary engagement involving technical services, application support teams, and external equipment repair personnel.
