About the role: As a Project Manager NDT you will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of innovative inspection methods and systems – from the concept phase through to application in the field. You will work closely with the technical management and play a significant role in the successful delivery of complex technical projects. In the long term, the position offers the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and to develop into a group management role. You will report to the Manager NDE & Special Products and be located at Mannheim. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute NDT projects, including advanced and mechanized inspection techniques Collaborate closely with technical leadership on development, qualification, and deployment of new inspection solutions Coordinate and guide interdisciplinary project teams Ensure project targets regarding quality, cost, and schedule are met Identify and manage project risks and define mitigation measures Support technical and commercial proposal preparation Drive continuous improvement of inspection processes and project execution Qualifications: Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, mechatronics) or industrial engineering 4+ years of experience in a technical environment, ideally in NDT Proven project management experience Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex topics clearly· Initial leadership experience Fluent in German and good English skills #LI-Hybrid Why Westinghouse?
