About The Role

Youth Program Coordinator: Camp, Childcare & Teens The Coordinator will plan, develop, and implement program directives and goals at multiple Childcare and Summer Camp sites. This role is in conjunction with YMCA of San Diego County and Community Care Licensing. Supervise and evaluate staff, and act as a contributing member of the branch and department YMCA team. The Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining staff files and compliance of standards at all sites. The Coordinator will also develop and facilitate different Teen Programs including Youth & Government and Model United Nations.
