Branch Operations Head

As Branch Operations Head (BOH) , you will be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring that branch operations adhere to bank policies and procedures. Administratively, the BOH is under the supervision of the Branch Manager and is accountable for the operational efficiency of the following: Accounting Section Loans Section Foreign Section Job Requirements: A Bachelor Degree Holder in any business course, ideally a CPA if accounting graduate. Must have an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in branch banking operations. At least three (3) years capacity as Branch Officer. Customer service-oriented and can support the branch through relationship building with the clients. Must be willing to work onsite.
