Marketing Officer

Job Title: Marketing Officer Department: Product Management and Marketing Services Reports To: Department Head Job Summary: The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies to promote credit card products and campaigns. This role manages both internal and external communication channels, ensuring alignment with Chinabank’s branding standards and timely delivery of marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across internal (e.g., Viva Engage, Chinabank Email, Elevator Ads) and external (e.g., SMS/Viber, Email, Social Media, eSOA/SOA, OOH) channels. Manage communication platforms to promote products, increase brand awareness, and notify cardholders of system activities. Create engaging content for social media, including fraud awareness topics. Coordinate with ad agencies and external vendors for campaign execution and material production. Maintain a calendar of content releases across all channels. Ensure all marketing materials comply with Chinabank branding and messaging guidelines. Oversee timely ordering and delivery of requested marketing materials. Review and check UAT files and communication decks (e.g., eSOA/SOA, SMAC Issuance/Renewal/Replacement, Annual Membership Fee Charging, Email Content). Update the competitive grid quarterly. Maintain a library of all marketing materials (hard and soft copies). Monitor accruals and budget for marketing activities. Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
