Group Company: China Banking Corporation Designation: Special Project Engagee Office Location: Megatower Position description: The Special Project Engagee will provide support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of designated projects. The role is designed to assist in achieving project objectives within set timelines and standards, while gaining exposure to organizational processes and practices. Primary Responsibilities: - Assist in verifying and reconciling all physical dispatch cards against the corresponding acknowledgment receipts, ensuring accuracy and zero variance. - Assist in the release of card packages to various channels, including third‑party couriers, internal messengers, and China Bank (CBC) branches. - Assist in pulling out RTS cards from the secure vault for scheduled re‑dispatch. - Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders in correcting data or resolving issues related to returned cards, ensuring successful delivery. - Email or call cardholders to provide assistance and resolve delivery‑related issues for returned cards. - Monitor cards that have reached their expiration or retention limit and ensure their secure shredding. - Assist in executing special tasks and implementing process improvements assigned by management to optimize the card distribution workflow.
