About The Role

JOB SUMMARY: Deal Associate shall assist senior members of a deal team in the activities relating to the entire deal process, from origination to transaction closing. He/She will also assist the Coverage and Origination Group in deal origination and client management. JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS Educational Background: G raduate of Management, Economics, Accounting, or Finance-related courses. CFA is a plus factor. Professional Experience: At least 2 years work experience in investment banking and related fields; prior exposure to client management and/or investment banking is preferred. Knowledge and Skills Required: Strong analytical and mathematical skills Above average problem solving ability Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Willingness to work extended hours if required High proficiency in written and verbal communication Marketing skills Team player
