Group Company: China Banking Corporation Designation: Special Project Engagee Office Location: Megatower Position description: The Special Project Engagee will provide support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of designated projects. The role is designed to assist in achieving project objectives within set timelines and standards, while gaining exposure to organizational processes and practices. Primary Responsibilities: - Assist in processing and monitoring payments, settlements, balance transfers, auto-charge transactions, and insurance premium settlements - Assist in managing financial and non-financial adjustments, installment pre-termination, cardholder maintenance, and ADA documentation - Assist in preparing settlement reports, validating rewards points for promotions, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and documentation - Assist in executing rewards redemption and back-end fulfillment activities - Assist in addressing back-office requests and complaints via CCMS and email in a timely manner Job Qualifications: Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder (open to any courses) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Willing to work overtime, if needed This is a contractual position Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
