Branch Relationship Manager

About You & the Role As Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for growing the branch’s customer base and low-cost deposits by deepening relationships with existing clients and acquiring new-to-bank customers. You bring a strong sales mindset, understand client needs, and can translate these into tailored banking solutions while consistently upholding service excellence and Bank standards. What You’ll Be Doing Grow low-cost deposits and managed portfolio balances Acquire new-to-bank clients and expand managed accounts Cross-sell and up-sell bank products to increase share of wallet Proactively manage client relationships and resolve issues Apply disciplined sales processes and consistent CRM usage What Success Looks Like Sustained growth in deposit ADB and portfolio size Increased number of active clients and accounts Improved product-per-client ratio High customer satisfaction and strong client retention Full compliance with sales, CRM, and operational standards Qualifications We Value Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field At least 5 years of relevant banking or sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills Self-driven, analytical, and effective in managing priorities
