Group Company: Chinabank Designation: QA Officer Office Location: Makati HO & Bulacan/Pampanga/Bataan Satelite Office Position description: The Quality Assurance Department Officer shall be responsible for the monitoring of the branches’ adherence to established policies and procedures, its standardization and its review and analysis for the formulation of recommendations for new or revision to existing policies, procedures and internal controls. All of these are to ensure the Bank’s overall operational control and efficiency. Also exercises supervision over the Department’s staff to ensure their optimal performance for the achievement of unit’s objectives.
