Senior Project Manager

About You and the Role As a Senior Project Manager , you will play a critical leadership role in driving the successful delivery of enterprise‑wide IT initiatives across the Bank. You will oversee end‑to‑end project execution—coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams—while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in project and test management within a banking environment. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end‑to‑end project management across all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation to post‑implementation review Oversee project planning, scope, budget, timelines, risks, and quality deliverables across business and IT teams Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and acceptable delivery of solutions Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, providing mitigation strategies and escalation when needed Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, security, performance, and conversion testing, ensuring readiness for deployment Review and approve project plans, cost estimates, test artifacts, and key project documentation Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and sponsors and ensure adherence to governance standards What Success Looks Like in This Role Projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with approved scope and quality standards Strong compliance with project management, SDLC, and IT quality assurance policies High stakeholder satisfaction and CSAT scores above targets Minimal audit and compliance findings related to project execution Well‑managed vendors and cross‑functional teams with clear accountability and collaboration Qualifications We Value Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field At least 10 years of solid IT experience covering system development, test management, and project management Banking experience required , particularly in consumer loans and/or cards operations At least 5 years of people management experience , including matrix or cross‑functional teams Strong experience managing third‑party vendors, service providers, and outsourced partners Solid working knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies , project governance, and test management frameworks Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
