CI/Appraiser

The role supports the Credit Management Group in ensuring sound credit decisions through thorough investigation and accurate property appraisal. Responsibilities: Conduct credit investigations on individuals and businesses by gathering and validating relevant information, perform site visits to verify client and business details, assess data to support credit evaluation, prepare confidential investigation and appraisal reports, and inspect properties offered as collateral to determine their condition and value. Qualifications: Graduate of any business-related course With or without relevant experience (banking/credit/appraisal is an advantage) Basic knowledge of credit evaluation and property valuation Proficient in MS Office Willing to travel and do fieldwork Key Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented Strong integrity and confidentiality Good communication and time management
