About The Role
The Management Training Program aims to strengthen the culture of developing well-rounded Chinabankers who will hold key future roles in the organization by providing specialized training to equip them with the right skill sets. A comprehensive and structured 8-month training program Mentorship from Senior Officers of the bank Skill-Building Opportunities Real-World Impact through proposal of the RISE Project Qualifications of the MTP: Graduate of bachelor's degree courses related to Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science / Analytics, IT, and other highly technical specialized fields With Latin Honors, Honorable Mention, or with Master's Degree Possesses great communication and interpersonal skills With keen interest in establishing a long-term career in the banking industry With leadership experience from any school organization is a plus
