As a Data Science Manager, you will work closely with the Data Science Department Head to deliver data science initiatives that support business growth, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency. You will lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and help build a culture of innovation and responsible AI use across the bank. What You Will Be Doing Identify opportunities to apply data science and AI to business challenges. Conduct data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to generate actionable insights. Develop, deploy, and monitor predictive models and analytics solutions. Lead data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and business impact. Partner with business, data, and technology teams to ensure data quality and effective implementation. Support AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders. Mentor team members and promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Qualifications We Value At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or a related field, including . Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI. Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL, or similar tools. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of cloud platforms, big data technologies, and machine learning frameworks is an advantage. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
