Role: Channel Manager (San Pablo City) About You & the Role As Channel Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day operations—while empowering the team to deliver excellent service and achieve business goals. Reporting to the Branch Head, you’ll work closely with Tellers, Officers, and support units to maintain operational integrity and enhance the overall client experience. What You Will Be Doing Oversee daily cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across currencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral. Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all branch activities Guide and support branch staff to consistently deliver accurate, efficient, and client-focused service Drive product awareness and cross-selling by helping the team confidently position bank offerings to clients Coordinate with branches and support units to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues What Success Looks Like Branch operations are consistently accurate, efficient, and risk-controlled Clients experience smooth, reliable, and professional service at every touchpoint The team actively contributes to sales and achieves branch targets through effective cross-selling Compliance standards are upheld, with complete and audit-ready documentation at all times Qualifications and Skills We Value Bachelor’s degree in any field At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations Strong understanding of cash handling, operational controls, and compliance requirements Proven ability to guide teams and influence client engagement through effective communication Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills
