Account Analyst

About You & the Role You are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build your career in banking, credit administration, and account management. As an Account Analyst, you will support the Remedial Management Department by preparing key reports, monitoring account performance, administering loan-related requirements, and assisting in the management of accounts under recovery. This role offers valuable exposure to credit operations, loan administration, account monitoring, and cross-functional coordination within the Bank. What You Will Be Doing Prepare and consolidate management and past-due reports for senior management and various business units. Coordinate with lending and booking units to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Monitor maturing loan obligations and track client payments. Conduct follow-ups and prepare reminder or demand letters when necessary. Ensure compliance with credit and collateral requirements, including financial statements, collateral appraisals, insurance policies, and other documentary submissions. Maintain complete and organized borrower credit files. Assist in the preparation, documentation, and implementation of approved settlement proposals and account resolution plans. What Success Looks Like Reports are submitted accurately and on time. Assigned accounts are properly monitored and administered. Credit files and account records remain complete, accurate, and organized. Settlement and account management activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with approved plans. Strong working relationships are maintained with lending, booking, and support units across the Bank.
